This Nicolium 2.00 patch:

a. Should be  looked at by upstream.  In my instance, the "site_title"
and  "siteTitle"  variables don't work reliably.  So,  I've  needed to
patch the correct values into the code.

b. Is partly appropriate for other instances that have the same issue.
Admins will  want to use a similar patch  modified to state  their own
instance names.

c. Changes the Federation explanatory text to a shorter version.  This
part is optional for upstream and other instances.
